Editing a Web Order

When you create an order in the portal, you can manage that order in the portal until it is collected by the lab.  

To Edit an existing Order that has not been collected,

  1. Click Order, Edit.
  2. Enter search terms to locate the order as appropriate.
  3. Click Search.
  4. On the search result screen, click the order to be edited.
  5. If no order is shown, you may retry the search by returning to the main menu, Order, Edit. 
    However, you may need to call the lab for assistance as the order may be in-process.

Editing the Order

  • Once you have selected the order to be edited, and the order is displayed. Change any fields as needed,
  • Click Submit at the lower right corner of the screen.

Cancel an order (Including standing orders)

  • Once you have selected the order to be edited and the order is displayed.
  • Click the Delete Order button at the bottom right of the window.
  • Select the appropriate reason for cancellation
  • Submit the cancellation.
