What is Search?

Search allows you to retrieve any available reports from any time that your credentials permit access to given the criteria that you enter.

How to Search

  • Fill-in one or more of the fields in the main window.
  • Click the Search button at the bottom right corner of the screen.

Search by Patient Name

  1. Enter a few letters of the patient's last name
  2. Optionally a few letters the first name in the appropriate fields.
  3. Click the Search button (bottom right corner of page).

Search by Patient Date of Birth

  1. Enter a Birthdate in M/d/yyyy form into the D.O.B. Field
  2. Click the Search button.

Retrieve a range of reports

This provides a listing similar to the Inbox view for a spcific date range.

  1. Enter the start date of the range to retrieve.
  2. Enter the End date of the range to retrieve.
  3. If you are searching by date collected, click the Collection Date Checkbox
  4. Click the search button.

The Other fields

The remaining items work better as filters for one of the above main search criteria. To use them enter appropriate data and click search.
